Our Teknopac GZ 70 Horizontal Packaging Machine is produced for companies with normal capacity and aiming a wide variety of production. The machine, built on the chassis in modular structure, is completely made of stainless steel. Adhesive Jaws have been designed as a planet to allow the packaging of products of high or long lengths. In order to control the film flow, there are 3 lower adhesive disc groups and one steering disc group controlled by servo motor. There are special cutting blades adapted and fixed with the piston system with the chin group with servo system, which provides silent movement and more rapid printing adjustment. Cellophane, porcelain, polypropylene and aluminum laminated packaging materials in hot-bonded applications; It can be used with all packaging materials suitable for cold bonding in cold bonding applications. Every facility necessary for easy use of the machine is provided on the electrical control panel used on the machine; Thanks to the 10 ” touch control screen, easy access and intervention to the product package size, photocell setting and machine speed are provided. There are special covers and safety switches in jaw groups to ensure safe working.
